Self Help Tips!

Give yourself the gift of 5 minutes time out for your self

Mini – 5 minute relaxations

This will help you to induce a feeling of relaxation in body & mind.

  • Breathe in slowly & gently through your nose for the count of 7
  • Pause for a moment………
  • Exhaling out through your mouth for the count of 7.
  • Continue to focus on the counting as you breathe.
  • Repeat this until you feel calm and relaxed.
Positive Thinking and affirmations:

It is good to tell your self daily:

  • It’s my time to conceive now
  • I choose to be optimistic.
  • I deserve to conceive
  • I deserve to have a baby
